Summary The Senior Specialist, New Business Development will support program development and resource mobilization efforts within the Department of Hunger and Livelihoods (DHL). You will lead and support selected program development opportunities, particularly U.S. government-funded opportunities, and will collaborate and coordinate closely with department technical and senior leadership and the Portfolio Growth and Performance (PGP) department to acquire new competitive funding.
