Image zoom Credit: Shake Shack If you have a New Year's resolution to eat more green, this might be the best excuse to break it. Shake Shack announced two new menu items that have officially hit stores nationwide: a tasty Korean-style fried chicken sandwich and chicken bites. "Inspired by our teams' work and travels in South Korea and the incredible food scene there, this limited-time chicken sandwich features a spicy-sweet gochujang-glazed crispy chicken breast over our white kimchi slaw and toasted sesame seeds," it says in a statement. Shake Shack collaborated with Choi's Kimchi Co. in Portland, Oregon to create the slaw made with salted and fermented Napa cabbage, daikon radish, and green onion, which perfectly complements the tangy sauce. As always, the restaurant used fresh, antibiotic-free white meat.
