Harris County Sheriff's Office launches pilot program to give repair vouchers instead of tickets for broken lights – Houston Public Media

Instead of a ticket, eligible drivers in the East Aldine area will get vouchers of up to $250 to repair broken vehicle lights at participating auto shops.
