Shipowners acquire 500 new vessels in 20 years – MSPA

The President of the Maritime Security Providers Association of Nigeria, Emmanuel Maiguwa, has said that Nigerian shipowners have acquired not less than 500 units of new vessels since the inception Cabotage policy in 2003.
