FacebookTwitterEmail Bill Miller Bar-B-Q is a San Antonio favorite for many, many reasons.Mike Sutter /Staff file photo For native San Antonians, Bill Miller Bar-B-Q is more than just a local barbecue chain. It’s our first job, or where we work our way up to spend our entire career. A reliable spot for a quick snack. A go-to for a celebratory meal. The reasons why we love Bill Miller are truly endless. But for non-natives, at least some of them, Bill Miller is unappreciated and perhaps even misunderstood.
