By juggling his duties for the roundtable and Fredon, Beck said the experience helped him as he got a clearer sense of how other districts were dealing with the unique school year. Superintendents shared ideas with one another during the regular meetings, and they tried to implement similar guidelines so everyone was mainly on the same page. "Really it's just been a huge team effort here in the county," Beck said. "Collaboration and teamwork has really been the theme for the past year."
