Air Force Brig. Gen. Derek Salmi, 60th Air Mobility Wing commander at Travis Air Force Base, delivered the annual state-of-the-base address Thursday in the KC-46 Hangar, highlighting the past year's events and airmens' accomplishments at the sprawling military installation just south of Vacaville.
