A Thursday morning traffic stop on Interstate 81 south near Harrisburg led to the discovery of 29 bricks of heroin and eight grams of suspected fentanyl, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Altamir Baldwin, 28, of Woodbridge, New Jersey, was pulled over for traffic violations at 9:38 a.m. near mile marker 68.2 in Susquehanna Township, state police said.
