Stratford council restarts Grand Trunk Community Hub development
At Monday's council meeting, Stratford councillors voted to restart development of the Grand Trunk Community Hub in and around the former locomotive-repair shop in downtown Stratford, starting with the removal of the repair shop's leaky and asbestos-filled roof.
