Big changes have been revealed at a Somerset GP surgery which was previously facing a potential shutdown by the Care Quality Commission after three damning inspections in less than a year.
Ryalls Park Medical Centre in Yeovil was forced into special measures by the health authority in July 2019 after it was branded "inadequate".
It was told by inspectors that it must rectify its shortcomings or the current provider could be removed from the facility.
