Suffolk announces new, inclusive playground Storyblocks Enterprise By: Web Staff and last updated 2021-01-18 13:05:53-05 SUFFOLK, Va. - With the success of Lake Meade's recently built inclusive park, the City of Suffolk has allocated capital funds to build another inclusive playground on the northern end of the City at Bennettâs Creek Park. The city began construction on January 14, 2021, with the installation of equipment estimated to take approximately 14 to 21 days. The Pour-In-Place surfacing will be installed when the weather turns slightly warmer. The playground design and build is being completed by Sparks@Play, the Virginia representative for Landscape Structures Incorporated.
