Lawyer billboards usually ask if you've been hurt in an accident. But one in Milwaukee has become the site of NBA basketball exhortations and congratulations.
Humbled by the loss, the Warner Angle firm followed with a new message, against the same desert sunset background: "Congrats Bucks Respect."
On Thursday, ahead of the Bucks victory parade, the billboard has a new, local message: "#BUCKSINSIX," provided by Milwaukee law firm Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown.
Founding partner Franklyn Gimbel was most recently in the news for representing former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales, and winning him a $627,000 settlement from the city over his demotion to captain, which prompted Morales to retire, before suing the city.
