View Comments A man suspected of going on a shooting spree in the West Valley that killed one person and injured 12 others has been indicted by a grand jury on 31 charges that include first-degree murder, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office announced Monday afternoon. Tricarico was indicted on the following charges: One count of first-degree murder. Nine counts of drive-by shooting. 20 counts of aggravated assault. One count of endangerment. David Liebler, 67, whom police believe is a victim of the shooting spree, was found dead from gunshot wounds in a vehicle pulled over on Loop 101 and Thunderbird Road. While being questioned about the shooting spree, Tricarico claimed to police that people had been after him because while he was working as a security guard he was suspected of shooting a man on May 5 at a Phoenix sports bar. He said he saw people pointing guns at him wherever he went.
