Kumbalek will also hold the title of executive vice president as he leads System High’s functions related to partnerships, mentoring, business development, capture and proposal. He will also oversee the company’s analytical research center for creating new solutions, System High said Tuesday. Chantilly, Virginia-based System High first hired Kumbalek in 2019 as vice president of strategic growth. His career in industry includes roles at Cyberspace Solutions, BWM Outcomes and Leidos.
