TEXARKANA, Texas — A second-place finish by Charles Dorsett III at last weekend’s competition in Louisiana not only helped A&M-Texarkana take the men’s team title, but also gave Dorsett his second Red River Athletic Conference Men’s Runner of the Week award, announced by the conference Tuesday.
