TCPA: Willful Violation Would be Criminal & Punishable by 1-

New bill proposed that would add criminal penalties to Telephone Consumer Protection Act by a Nevada Senator. It would make a willful violation of TCPA a criminal offense punishable by a year in jail. Higher volume calling could land someone behind bars for three years.
