Jacksboro Lions Club members found out how Ron Butler can help them. Butler, the Jack County Liaison for the Texas Division of Emergency Management, said Texas leads the nation in natural disasters, averaging one every 8.2 months be it tornadoes, hurricanes, chemical hazards etc.
