The incident happened in the 1800 Block of East Avenue K near the Wayman Manor Apartment Complex. The brazen shootout was caught on camera leaving police searching for a handful of juveniles and young adults. "We were very fortunate in this circumstance, in fact a couple of rounds went through a vacant apartment windows. We were told later that was where the kids used to sleep prior to this incident. Thank goodness those tenants moved out," said Reynolds.
