Ten-year-old girl who suffered severe brain damage in car accident caused by her father when she was just 17 months old is suing him for more than £200,000

Arda Mosa, 10, is taking legal action against her father Abdul Mosa, 51, after he hit a lorry head-on while driving the on the wrong side of the road when she was a baby, causing brain damage.
