Tennessee makes it possible to carry a handgun without training or a background check for most adults 21 or older

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee signed a bill allowing most adults 21 or older to carry guns without background checks.
The bill was signed on Thursday, hours after President Joe Biden issued executive orders on gun control.
