Two Islamist terrorists shot a Tunisian police officer dead today (Wednesday, August 19, 2015) in the tourist beach resort of Sousse. The militants were riding a motorbike at the time of the attack on the police officer. This is the same area where 30 British tourists were killed on the beach in June of this year in another terror attack. An attack in March also occurred against foreign visitors at the Bardo Museum in Tunis. Since then, over 3,000 Tunisians have left to fight in Iraq, Syria, and Libya, as Tunisia is fights to protect its vital tourism centers. The North African state continues to struggle against this growing militant threat.
