The Voice battle round sees Andrew Bateup from Tunbridge Wells make the semi-finals

A music teacher from Tunbridge Wells tonight wowed TV talent show judges to win through to the semi-finals of ITV's The Voice.

The 31-year-old got the support of both Olly Murs and Sir Tom Jones - before opting to be coached by Olly.
And tonight he did his mentor proud during a spectacular sing-off against fellow team member Matt Croke.

The pair performed Always by Bon Jovi, with Olly opting to take Andrew through to the next round.
