May 3, 2021 The Wellsville Lions Club is proud to announce Jenna McNicol as the Student of the Month for November. She is the Daughter of Judge Tim McNicol and Maria McNicol of Wellsville Jenna’s academic achievements are the following: Member of the National Honor Society, 3.75 Honors, National Honor Society, and an Academic All Star- Eastern Ohio Athletic Conference. She is enrolled in the College Credit Plus, taking classes at Kent East Liverpool while taking classes at Wellsville. Jenna attended HOBY in 2019. She volunteers in the community serving meals to the underprivileged and as a volunteer for sports youth programs. Jenna was a member of Junior Leadership Columbiana County and has been very active in the ADAPT Coalition (Alcohol and drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment). She has assisted with political campaigns by distributing literature and served as the Videographer for the Lady Tiger Basketball team. She has also assisted with “Learning is Cool” after school enrichment program at Garfield Elementary.
