Officers arrested 64 year old Randy Ferguson on December 23 rd. 79 year old Larry Wilson and 61 year old Timothy Fuller were arrested Tuesday. Police say Wilson and Ferguson claimed to own a company by the name of Construction Services Unlimited and Fuller was alleged to be the manager of the company. Police say they were paid over 40-thousand dollars for substandard work or work never completed. Ferguson is free on bond pending court appearances.
