Tolland Man Charged In Personal, School Threatening Case: Warrant

TOLLAND, CT — A Tolland man has been charged with making threats to people and a school, state police said.
Samuel Dolcelli, 19, of Tolland, was charged Saturday with second-degree threatening. He was held over the weekend on a $100,000 bond and was to appear in Rockville Superior Court Monday, records show.
According to a warrant, A woman walked int0 the state police Troop C barracks Saturday to report "concerns" about Dolcelli. She described Dolcelli as "delusional," and claimed he had been making several threats against her, including a death threat, according to a warrant.
