Top engineering group Egis sells 40pc stake to Tikehau Capit

Egis, a leading construction engineering and mobility services firm with a major presence in the Middle East, has reached an agreement with alternative asset management group Tikehau Capital for the sale of a 40 per cent stake in the company.
