The Supreme Court directed a Madhya Pradesh-based company producing 'London Pride' whisky to consider changing the trade dress and color of its product, as they closely resemble liquor major Pernod Ricard India Pvt Ltd's 'Blenders Pride' and 'Imperial Blue' whisky. The court asked for the company's willingness to alter the visual appearance of its product by the next hearing.
