it inhale, at the surface and exhales aloft and that's what gets the storm bigger and bigger. for tonight, we're about 70 miles per hour. it's going up. i just saw an airplane recon through it, said about 70. by the time it gets close to moors head, maybe all the way over to will ming to be, you're in the cone. that's when it gets to be the strongest, 85 miles per hour. i know it doesn't hurt new jersey. doesn't hit anywhere here, at least for a while. there's so much water getting poured into the shore that these rip currents will be a problem. there's no reason for anyone to lose a life in this storm unless you're stupid and you go in the water without a life jacket. because that's the truth of this storm. >> oh, if i had a dollar. >> i have one dollar but it's not enough. >> the fireworks show on the national mall, is there any risk at this point? of course, the fireworks
