impeachment investigation gets under way this morning. joining us to talk about what we'll see, elie huning. start us at the beginning. what will we see today? >> if you thought last week was interesting with three witnesses, we have triple that number. nine witnesses heading up to capitol hill. how will it work? first of all, the rules are set out, in house resolution 660, passed in late october, after republicans complained, i think fairly, there's no set process. they passed this resolution. now, we know how this will proceed. we will see opening statements by the chair, adam schiff, and devin nunes, a republican from california. after the statements, the witnesses will be sworn in. that's a flashbulb moment. and we saw marie yovanovitch. those opening statements can be dramatic. she weaved in her own personal story after her own testimony. after that, we will see an opening round of questions.
