neighborhoods. tony? >> allison, how will we know when the housing market is really, truly recovering? >> oh, yeah, it's all about prices, tony. prices really have to find a bottom. we're not going to find a bottom until we see a trend of rising home sales. we also need to see that these robo signing issues are cleared up. now, keep in mind, not all of the housing market news is bad. we've got interest rates near record lows. the job market, believe it or not, sis improving. pro prices are falling, but they are nearing the true value of homes. homes were overvalued by 50 percent in the boom years. a 200,000 dhz house back then would sell for $300,000. come on, get real. so, you know, we're not going to see the elevated levels in these housing prices, especially with analysts saying that today the overvaluation is near zero. tony? >> hey, allison, give us a quick market check. >> yeah.
