new york state healthcare system are now on a 30-day unpaid leave for refusing to get vaccinated. erie county medical center is the latest place, we're learning of, where folks are at risk of losing their jobs if they don't get the shots. united airlines has started the separation process for nearly 600 employees after they too refused to comply with the company's vaccination policy. >> we're joined by cnn chief business correspondent christine romans, cnn senior medical correspondent elizabeth cohen. christine, let me begin with you. there are legal actions beginning around some of these mandates, but for a very small percentage. look at united airlines, 600 people, they're up above 98% vaccination rates. big picture question, are the vaccine mandates working in terms of driving vaccinations for these companies? >> yeah, they're pushing people, even some of these companies that have vaccine requirements with heavy duty testing, it is working, it is nudging people to get the vaccines. of exactly 593 people that
