i was going up to new york for christmas to visit my brothers, my nieces and nephews. i was happy and excited, and in a split second, i went back to the family members that lost somebody on flight 5191. what are they thinking about and what are they going through with christmas coming up? they don't have that person there anymore. >> this is my home, which is mostly full of animals. i take it in my mother. she was standing out on the dock, and there was a dolphin that just popped up and i got a picture of her with it. it just captured her smile, that i do miss quite a bit. i have a hard time walking by it without getting a little choked up. there's still those -- i want to call her mom, even after five years. i want my mom, and i can't do it.
