He will head to Andrews Air Force base where he will have a farewell ceremony and he and his wife will take a vacation in california. 1 00 is the congressional luncheon with the new president. After that, the new president begins the inaugural parade from capitol hill to the white house where there will be a viewing stand at the white house for the president and his family to watch from there.
