And the president elect president elect will be sworn in at that time around 12 00 p. M. Eastern time. At 12 45, you will see the formerre of the then president obama. He will head to Andrews Air Force base where he will have a farewell ceremony and he and his wife will take a vacation in california. 1 00 is the congressional luncheon with the new president. After that, the new president begins the inaugural parade from capitol hill to the white house where there will be a viewing stand at the white house for the president and his family to watch from there.
