But when they tie, they basically split the delegates. Obviously trump wants to win as many states as he can. As far as the delegate race is concerned, it wont make a huge difference. Arizona, winner take all. 58 delegates next tuesday. Same day utah goes. Its not winner take all. Its winner take must. If you break count allocation in utah.
