They are doing organizing resolution to figure out exactly how the impeachment trial will run in the senate. He is prone to think that the clinton model was a good one where each side had 24 hours to present their case. It would run over two weeks. However, then have you got people clamoring for witnesses in which case ted cruz said that thing could take months. Pete absolutely. That is the latest message of the left, of democrats saying i know we already had a trial in the house. I know he this had a a chance to call as many witnesses they wanted in the house. Here is pushing for witnesses in the senate, also. In any trial, all relevant witnesses must be heard. Any republican senator who says there should be no witnesses or even that witnesses should be negotiated is part of a coverup. Lets bring in the witnesses. We believe a fair trial involves witnesses. Lets call the witnesses.
