Votes for President Trump are portably found [indiscernible] and possibly in the trash in pennsylvania. Voter fraud in what he says could be big trouble brewing with mailin ballots. Plus, our exclusive with the Senate Majority leader on these topics. It is senator Mitch Mcconnells first interview since the passing of Justice Ginsburg and the fight over the seat now open on the Supreme Court. Mitch mcconnell straight ahead. Hello and welcome to fox news night, im Shannon Bream in washington. We begins not in louisville, we will take you there on the ground with matt finn as things appear to be heating up again tonight. Good evening. Kind of a fascinating scene right now. Hundreds of protesters arched across the city of louisville and they ended up here on this Church Property and they were kind of taunting police, they were past curfew so Police Declared this an Unlawful Assembly and then ends up getting in the faces of officers screaming profanities at the officers, for quite some time and it looked like there was going to be a rather serious showdown between police and these protesters. Just moments ago there was a major Law Enforcement presence and then a spokesperson or representative from this group spoke with police and i was able to hear some of it and police basically showed some mercy to these people who violated curfew and were screaming in their faces and are now allowing them to walk straight home and weve got this large group now thats been on this Church Property for quite some time entering the streets of louisville no well past curfew, leading what was declared an Unlawful Assembly and its going to be interesting to see how this plays out. Hopefully these people had back to their place of residence or back to their cars, because there are choppers above watching their every move and if anything goes wrong, we might see some arrests sooner than later, shannon. Shannon all right. Matt, have you seen anything like you saw last night . Does the temperature feel different there . Because as we see these folks walking along calmly, its a little bit different than last night when you were showing us some fires, some direct confrontation, whats your take on how things are headed tonight . You know, it started off, we walked with these protesters for quite some time and we will keep walking with them now and we saw them smash windows, salt and destroy property, screaming the usual profanities against police and they ended up here at this church right around 9 00, right at that curfew cut off and so at that point, police started to declare this an Unlawful Assembly and there were officers and right gear on every corner and there was kind of an association where the officers allowed these people to leave and so thats whats happening right now in the night began very tense, it was very tense for quite some time but it seems like if these people dont head straight home hours after the curfew, where probably going to see some arrests and citations. We witnessed at least two dozen people being arrested last night and for Disorderly Conduct and for violating the curfew and we might see that again a little bit, i guess we will keep you updated, shannon. Shannon please do and stay safe there. Thank you very much for your reporting there on the ground. Okay, in states where early voting is already underway, some voters are waiting in hours long lines. When it comes to mailin ballots, even during a pandemic, some folks say they only trust going to the polls. Took me four and a half hours to get to the voting. I am going to the polls this year. Im not trusting the mail at a all. Shannon senior correspond at Rick Leventhal is on the case tonight and there are some interesting ones out there. Good evening, rick. 20 years ago one in ten voters mailed in their ballot. In 2016 it was two and ten. This year the numbers are expected to be far higher. Magnifying the problems that we are already seeing the system. This november there will be a lot less of this and a lot more of this with many republicans suggesting the Election Results could be tainted because the mailin Voting System cant be trusted. In greenville wisconsin, warning bells are ringing after three treys of mail, including absentee ballots, were found in a roadside ditch tuesday morni morning. Usps spokesman said the United States Postal Inspection Service immediately began investigating and we reserve further comment on this matter until that is complete. In austin, texas, 134 felony charges were filed against a county commissioner and three others for trying to break the 2018 democratic primary with a fraudulent mailin ballots came using ablebodied young people posing as disabled. Republican attorney general ken paxton said mail ballots are vulnerable to diversion, coercion and influence by organized boat harvesting schemes and in pennsylvania, the fbi has joined state Police Probing the discovery of a small number of military mailin ballots discarded, possibly in the trash. At least seven of the nine ballots had posts cast for President Trump, who narrowly won pennsylvania to seal his victory in 2016. We want to make sure the election is honest and im not sure that it can be. The president also criticized the bulk mailing of unsolicited ballots suggesting the system only works when a voter first request and then receives a ballot. Now some democrats are pivoting on mailin ballots too with concerns postal delays, litigation and higher rejection rates could hurt their chances in november since more democrats and republicans then republicans are expected to vote from home. Twice as likely to have their ballots rejected in florida and in parts of georgia. Mail is also less reliable for people in public. Late today the doj revealed there were more problems with that pennsylvania county elections office, more barcoded ballot envelopes found empty in a dumpster and evidence workers were opening all envelopes, including sealed ballots as a matter of course. The u. S. Attorney demanded the issue be corrected immediately but admitted theres no guarantee any of those trashed both will be counted, shannon. Shannon all right, we are going to track it and we are going to debate that a little bit later in this hour, how we handle that. Thank you very much. Sure. Shannon as we monitor the situation again in louisville, the president today paying respects to the family of Breonna Taylor and the late Justice Ginsburg at the Supreme Court. Kevin corke tracking a very busy day for the president. I think its a sad thing and i give my regards to the family of breonna. I also think its so sad whats happening with everything about that case, including Law Enforcement. On a day that saw him roll out a Key Health Care initiative and travel to florida for the preelection rally, President Trump today offer his regards to the family of Breonna Taylor just a day after a grand jury in kentucky declined to file homicide charges in her death. So many people suffering, needlessly suffering but with respect to breonna, we give our regards to the family. The president declined to address specifics about the case, preferring instead to offer support for both taylor and more broadly lawenforcement. But it gets less than peaceful, as you see all over, then its unacceptable and thats where law and order is necessary. The president also offering support for preexisting conditions. Under my plan, 33 Million Medicare beneficiaries will soon receive a card in the mail, 200 that they can use to help pay for prescription drugs. The president signing orders implementing his America First health care plan, which he did today at an airport hangar in charlotte, setting out new rules aimed at ensuring americans with preexisting conditions keep their Health Care Coverage and also allowing states and territories to import lowercost prescription drugs from places like canada. That coming after what was supposed to be a solemn visit to the Supreme Court where the president and first lady paid their respects to the late Justice Ruth Bader ginsburg. A moment of quiet reflection pierced by shouts and chants from political opponents. A vocal reminder of the intense battle to come with the president s soon to be announced nominee for the vacancy on the court. We expect to have the name of that nominee saturday afternoon at 5 00 p. M. We will have live coverage for you then varied also tonight, shannon, the president is ramping up his warnings about mailin balloting, warning on twitter that cheating unsolicited ballots by political hacks or anyone else is against the law and we are watching that closely. You just saw a rick talk about that as well and thats a theme we expect to hear much more about in the weeks to come, shannon. Shannon kevin corke, thank you very much. Youre welcome. Shannon 40 days to go until the november election, it feels as if there are numerous momentous issues to be tackled in a very short period of time. Just in them a few, a successor to the Supreme Court justice with bader ginsburg, the president names as nominee this weekend. Also once of course to weigh in on mailin ballots. That could happen before the election in a temporary way. Not to mention the ongoing riots and protests in america is largely democratically run cities. Plus, a fight over how and when to approve a Coronavirus Vaccine. Republican Senate Majority leader Mitch Mcconnell joins us now for his first interview since the passing of Justice Ginsburg. He of course is at the center of crowd critical stories. Mr. Majority leader come thank you for joining us. Glad to be with you, shannon. Shannon so you know folks are pointing back to your comments from 2016 and the decision to hold off on voting for judge Merrick Garland when he was nominated by president obama. You have explained that. Some say theres a distinction with no difference, but here is what your Senate Colleague democrat senator dick durbin had to say about the rush to get this done. I certainly wish you were this fast when it came to dealing with the pandemic we have or dealing with the economy and all the people who are suffering. He has no time for that but when it comes to trumps nominee for the Supreme Court he wastes no time and pulls out all the stops. Shannon your response . He knows originally the reason we havent done it dumped on a rescue package is the speaker in a democratic leader of the senate have been resisting having another deal. Here are the facts with regard to the Supreme Court. There are than 15 occasions where a president has nominated during an Election Year someone to the Supreme Court. In eight of those 15 occasions, the president s party was the party of the senate and 7 out oe confirmed, one time blew up in a scandal. What we had in 2016 was a time of divided government. You had the president , a democrat, the senate, republic republican, divided government, you have to go back to 1888 to find the last time a vacancy on the Supreme Court created during a president ial election was filled by a party different from that of the president. So this is entirely consistent with a history of handling Supreme Court vacancies in the middle of president ial electio elections. Shannon do you think the average american gets the nuance of that . You know the latest cnn poll says 59 of americans think the next president , whoever is elected or reelected on novembee who gets to fill that seat. I think theyve not seen the nominee had. Right now this is a hypothetic hypothetical, caught up in a president ial election. By saturday afternoon we will have an individual, the president said its going to be a woman. She will be judged on her own merits by the American People. Im confident hes going to make an outstanding nomination, the American People are going to take a look at this nominee and conclude, as we are likely to conclude, that she well deserves to be confirmed to the u. S. Supreme court. Shannon are their worries for you that some of your members who are in very tough reelection battles you are in a reelection battle yourself potentially are going to be in danger of losing their seat . Here is something that congressman eric swalwell, a democrat who ran for president this year had to say. We have good reason to believe were going to win in the senate, not just arizona, colorado, maine, the online fundraising, the seat in alaska. Alaska of all places, commercial fishermen running as an independent, hes tied 4343 with the freshman incumbent dan sullivan, so expanding in our favor. Shannon do you worry about the senate . We cant pick and choose when decisions are forced upon us. Like the untimely death of Justice Ginsburg, who by the way had a spectacular career and was an inspiration to millions of americans, but the election has no reason to dodge our responsibility and not go forward with a wellqualified nominee, which i anticipate we are going to get saturday afternoon. Shannon so another one of your colleagues who has occasionally crossed over to vote for the sum the nominees youve put through at a record pace, joe manchin had this to say. I hope you understand what youre about to do. Never been done, youre setting the precedent thats never been set before. Shannon talking about just how close we are to the election for filling this seat. What do you think of that . Its not a precedent that hadnt been set before. I addressed that at the beginning of our interview. Theres nothing appropriate about filling this vacancy, many Supreme Court vacancies have been dealt with in a shorter time frame than the time frame between now and the election or the time frame between now and the end of the senate, which is at the end of this calendar ye year. Theres nothing extraordinary about the situation, nothing unusual about the situation. They dont like what happened. I understand that, theyve been block voting against all of our judicial nominees anyway. They are threatening to do one thing or another, but there were already threatening to blow up the senate by getting rid of the filibuster, [indiscernible] the district and puerto rico and there were already threatening to pack the Supreme Court. Weve heard all these threats before. We intend to move forward to exercise our responsibility and to vote on this outstanding nominee that we will get later in the week. Shannon so your counterparts and Senate Minority leader Chuck Schumer has had plenty to say about this. He of course is diametrically opposed to what you plan to do. He says the president is all about getting somebody on the court who will help him in an election battle if it gets to the Supreme Court and democrats are consistently also pointed to the Affordable Care act, the big case on november 10th, they say the president wants and with their help get a conservative justice who will overturn health care for millions of people. How do you answer that . Because its becoming a talking point on the campaign trail. Its very difficult to predict how people vote when they get on the Supreme Court. Its a lifetime appointment, the founders set it up that way on purpose and predictions about how people are going to vote when they get on the Supreme Court have been consistently wrong. You should have heard the things they said about John Paul Stevens or about david souter, republican president ial nominees, both of them turned out to be big liberals, so it turned its very difficult to predict how someone is going to will because want to put the black robe on, as chief Justice Roberts said actually justice [indiscernible] said last year, they dont wear red robes or blue robes, they wear black robes. Shannon and that is what all americans should want. Mr. Leader, if you can stick around, we want to talk to you as well the Breonna Taylor case out of your home state of kentucky and the president talks about transfer of power. Thats right after this quick break. Its totally normal to have constipation with belly pain, straining, and bloating, again and again. No way. More exercise. More water. And more fiber is the only way to manage it. Is it . Maybe you think. Its occasional constipation. Maybe its not. It could be a chronic medical condition called ibsc, and time to say yesss to linzess. Linzess works differently than laxatives. It helps relieve belly pain and lets you have more frequent and complete bowel movements. Do not give linzess to children less than six and it should not be given to children six to less than 18, it may harm them. Do not take linzess if you have a bowel blockage. Get immediate help if you develop unusual or severe stomach pain, especially with bloody or black stools. The most common side effect is diarrhea, sometimes severe. If its severe, stop taking linzess and call your doctor right away. Other side effects include gas, stomach area pain, and swelling. Change your thinking to ibsc. If your constipation and belly pain keeps coming back, tell your doctor and say yesss to linzess. Im a delivery Operations Manager in san diego, california. Devastating images from louisville overnight, people reacting to the rancheria decision in the Breonna Taylor case. A lot of unrest there, took a Police Officer shot, a lot of destruction. What do you say to those who do not understand the decision, they are unhappy with the attorney general there, daniel cameron, and they are not satisfied with what theyve seen so far when it comes to calls for justice . First of all, very sad to see my hometown looking a lot like portland. I think the American People can distinguish between peaceful protests on the one hand, constitutionally protected activity, and rioting, looting, violence and shooting Police Officers, which is what we have seen unfortunately in my hometown. I have tolerance for people in kentucky, for a peaceful demonstration, zero tolerance for looting and violence and attacks on Police Officers, so its extremely unfortunate. With regard to the attorney general, i know him well. He used to work for me as my Legal Counsel here in washington. What he presented yesterday was where the facts of the case. And pointed out that many people were disappointed that the facts did not substantiate the penalties they all had included were desirable. Thats the way the Justice System works. As the attorney general pointed out, revenge is not helpful. What you need is even unbalanced judging and a legal System People can depend on and i know a lot of people were disappointed the charges seemed not to fit what they had anticipated the charges would be, but i have great confidence that the attorney general went where the facts led him, laid before the grand jury the options that they had and this is what they chose, a panel of citizens is made up every grand jury is made up of a panel of citizens. Shannon what you make of the attacks on him . I remember following his campaign, there was one cartoon in particular with racist overtones, a lot of people denounced, but in the wake of his presentation yesterday, we saw a number of commentators and people out there questioning his blackness, saying that what he had done what allow people to go out and shoot black people. There were a lot of pretty incendiary statements and hes been under attack longer for he actually took the job. Its very difficult to be an africanamerican republican in this country. You are treated to a different standard. You are expected to have a common view with africanamerican democrats as if youre not allowed to have your own views about issues and so attorney general cameron is a right of Center Republican who happens to be an africanamerican, so i think its a tough role to hold for him, but hes a very intellige intelligent, very, very intelligent Public Servant who is doing what he thinks is right in a difficult set of circumstances. Shannon okay, so ive got to ask you about this question and answer yesterday at a press briefing when he was asked whether he would peacefully transfer power if you were not to be reelected president. There was a lot of backandforth there. The atlantic riding this. If the voters closed, donald trump could easily throw the election into chaos and subvert the result. Who will stop him . Whats your reaction to this conversation . Without an orderly transfer of power every four years since washington was selected for a second term in 1792. That will happen again to the winner of the november 3rd election on january 20th, 2021. Shannon allwood, mr. Majority leader in the senate, we know you have a busy time ahead of you, we will watch closely as this all plays out on a very expedited schedule, thank you for your time. Thanks, shannon. Shannon several military mailin ballots were found in the trash in pennsylvania. Our panel digs into the case next. Hi, im pat and im 75 years old. We live in the mountains so i like to walk. Im really busy in my life; im always doing something. Im not a person thats going to sit too long. In the morning, i wake up and the first thing i do is go to my art studio. A couple came up and handed me a brochure on prevagen. Ive been taking prevagen for about four years. I feel a little bit brighter and my mind just feels sharper. I would recommend it to anyone. It absolutely works. Prevagen. Healthier brain. Better life. Shannon the president is busy tonight with Campaign Stops in North Carolina and travels to florida. His jampacked schedule ramps up even more tomorrow while joe bidens campaign is often content and his camp fish felt like seems to be working in the balls. Live from wilmington, delaware, Jacqui Heinrich is the latest on these two very different strategies. Good evening, jackie. Good evening, shannon. On the campaign trail calling a lid signals to the mita that there will be no more Public Events for that candidate allowing the pulled press to go home and since the beginning of this month, biden has called a lid before noon eight times by our count, including before 9 30 a. M. Eastern this morning. Conversely, President Trump held events in two battleground states with three more stops scheduled tomorrow. President trump walked biden saying Sleepy Joe Biden just closed down his campaign for the day again, wants to rest. He is a very low energy individual and our country cannot make it in these exciting but complex competitive times with a lowenergy president. Biden told the press he would begin heavy debate preparation today, so it was no surprise he had a bare schedule. There were reports wilmington running attack lines and factchecking the president s most common claim but the campaign is largely kept talk about debate preparation under wraps, including who might be playing the president in mock debates. Look, im used to dealing with bullies. Rather than say how im going to do, again, watch me. I have not been a bad debater and we will see. When he is going to want to get into mosh pit im going to talk about why want to be president of the United States, what im going to do and how hes failed. Conversely, President Trump is formally objecting president ial sort of prepare every day. Behind the scenes he said to be starting tapes of past performances but not holding a mock debate. Tuesdays faceoff is highstakes for both candidates. Biden has a sixpoint lead in the railcar politics average pulse. In fox news polls also had biden had in ohio, nevada and pennsylvania with few undecided voters. Bidens support is 50 or better in each state, but in ohio has advantage is within the margin of error. Shannon. Shannon all right, jacqui, thank you. There are protests across the country again tonight including in las vegas. We are going to take you there live in the wake of the grand jury decision in louisville. Two louisville Police Officers who are recovering tonight after being shot during last nights unrest, so lets discuss the backlash would seen in many cities across the country to the grand jury decision in the Breonna Taylor case. We are joined by Jessica Tarlov and from the president s legal team, jordan sekulow. Good to have you both with us. Thanks, shannon. Thanks, shannon. Shannon i want to start with some reaction from senator tim scott. He talked about that entity was really disappointed in the only charge that was brought in the Breonna Taylor case but he cautioned people from there, set her life, george floyd and ahmad are bree and tamir rice and Walter Scotts and some of the others must be seen as a beacon for change, not a war cry for bloodshed. Say their names and demand change, not destruction. Justice does not equal revenge. So where do we go from here, jordan, because he said even in his estimations he was disappointed in the way the grand jury played out. I understand disappointment and how grand juries come down all the time in the legal world, especially in these highprofile cases where there is Police Misconduct and this kind of a bizarre investigation, but the problem is when the protests are hijacked and thats whats happening all across the country, by groups like antifa. We saw them unloading their uhaul before the grand Jury Announcement was even being made. You end up with two officers shot and the American People, its those questions are going to ask. If its happening in louisville and happening all across the country tonight, how long is it until it gets to my suburb . And i think a lot of moms and dads who may not be you know, have a mega sign out on their yard but are still going to go into that ballot booth because of this because they dont like the way joe bidens answer or Kamala Harris answer to these questions. These are not peaceful protests, these are very violent protests hijacked. Unfortunately from those members of the community who should be able to protest and even i think shannon engage in some civil disobedience thats peaceful. We defend a lot of that at the [indiscernible] where i work im a but it turns violent, Police Officers get shot, youre turning off voters or youre turning off swing voters. Shannon jessica want to get a quick comment for you and turn to our next topic on mailin ballots. Okay. So i will try to do this as quickly as possible. To senator scotts point, i think majority of americans do share his disappointment and im glad you asked Senate Majority leader mcconnell about this very issue. People feel overwhelmingly that justice is not served in these cases and i understand there is a big difference between speed 29 case and what happened with Breonna Taylor but at the end of the day, the country is motivated to see some real systemic change in terms of racial equality in this country and only seeing indictment for the officer who shot into the white peoples apartment isnt going to get it done. To jordans point about whats going on in the cities versus the suburbs, those moms and dads in the suburbs, guess what . They care about equality and Racial Justice as well and thats why joe biden is leading with people in the suburbs, especially with his his historic gap with women. If the is underwater there and this fearmongering about whats going to happen in the city and spill over into the suburbs, its racist, its inflammatory and its not going to work in the selection and i really wish the right would stop doing that. Joe biden Kamala Harris when the first people to tweet about those officers who were shot. Yeah, it is. Youre saying shannon hold on just a minute. We are all talking over each other. Hold on, hold on, hold on. Jordan, let me give you a chance to respond there and we will stay on this topic. Its not racist to say this could be in their minds and desist convincing more and more voters to think twice about joe biden. Its not racist to think if you live in louisville in your neighborhood is close, that this could boil why not . Why is that racist . Its happened. I live in the city of nashville, but in a suburb, but its still nashville. Our city hall was burned down one night during the protests. We are still paying for that. This is just dont call people racist for telling the truth that this is going to turn off voters. Everybody can get behind that for Breonna Taylor. I can too. But Police Officers getting shot, its not racist to call that i was a problem. Spenard, right, jessica, ten seconds. Absolutely not. What is racist though as for instance how President Trump said that if joe bidens president theres going to be an invasion in the suburbs and people like cory booker, who we know is africanamerican, are going to come out there and its going to scare people. The Trump Campaign feeds off of fear constantly. They did it in 2016 and are doing it again. So i am against the violence, i dont want to see looting, riding, i dont want to see cops getting shot and neither to biden or harris. [indiscernible]. Shannon would got to leave it there because we are out of time but i think its for everybody to denounce that across the board and be on the same page. These are Something Different and we are not going to play with that. Jessica and jordan, come back soon, thank you. Thank you. Thanks, shannon. Shannon okay, the fda could approve a vaccine within weeks, but one democrat governor says he will not allow it in his state unless officials officials they are vetted. The trump administrations private sectorled push to get a Coronavirus Vaccine in record time. New york state, as you may recall, has suffered far and away the highest number of deaths from covid19, more than doubled the number of new jersey, which has the second most deaths and is still reeling from lockdown so it would stand to benefit from a safe and effective vaccine. Correspondent reporting live for us tonight from new york city, good evening. Good evening, shannon. Yeah, so new york state Governor Andrew Cuomo seems to believe that politics have somehow poisoned this process of creating a vaccine. Take a look for yourself. These are the top three contenders for a covid19 vaccine according to the wall street journal, aiming to at least file for clearance in october. Even if any of these vaccines are approved by the fda, new york state can delay distribution to its 19 million residents. The state is creating its own Health Task Force that will decide if a vaccine is truly safe and effective and also who will get it first. This concerns whether corners are being cut to russia vaccine before election day. The director of the National Institutes of health has vowed to uphold all safety measures, but Governor Cuomo says the whole thing has become way too politicized. Frankly, im not going to trust the federal governments opinion. And i wouldnt recommend to new yorkers based on the federal governments opinion. The question, shannon, is can the state of new york legally prevent residents from getting a potential lifesaving vaccine, and the answer is yeah. Judge Andrew Napolitano told me tonight when it comes to health and safety, states can impose stricter rules in the federal government but it looks like at least for this one, shannon, that cuomo trumps trump. Shannon. Shannon okay. It was to have heads over many things in recent months. I should thank you. You bet. Speeones a lot about cuomo pledge . A trump vaccine for the people of new york without having state officials vetted first. Lets talk about operation warp speed and the Health Care Reform the president rolled out today. Fox news medical contributor dr. Marty makary. Fox news medical contributor, author of the upcoming book covid, the politics of fear and the politics of science. Dr. Marc siegel. Good to have you both with us tonight. Hi, shannon. Good to be here. Shannon dr. Siegel we will start with you on this threat from Governor Cuomo. How do you think this benefits or doesnt the people of new york saying listen, even if the fda approved listing will have a whole other vetting process before you can get it here in new york . I dont think it benefits new yorkers. I do think that the judge napolitano is right, that the state is where health care centers. So he probably has the right to do this. Heres the problem though. The problem is 90 of our restaurants in new york are reporting they cant pay for their rent in new york city over the past month. 90 couldnt meet their rent, so we are going to see more and more restaurants closed. Thats part of Public Health too end in order to get back on our footing on our feet, we are going to need a vaccine in the federal government isnt President Trump with this vaccine, its the fda and i was looking over the Fda Advisory Committee thats going to be meeting on october 22nd and these are some of the top scientists and vaccine experts in the country and they are going to look over the data of the pfizer vaccine. The astrazeneca, Johnson Johnson theres two coming up in the rear, amazing vaccines and they are going to decide when the data warrants approval in the state can slow that down, but thats going to hurt citizens who are at big risk and its going to slow down the process. Shannon okay. I want to talk about the other Big Health Care news of the day, the president rolling out new options that he says will modernize and replace parts of obamacare potentially and i know that dr. Mcgarry, you gave the white house some advising on the rice transparency, the part about letting people know what theyre going to pay for something and not have surprised medical billing. Today the Washington Post said this, their headline. After years of promising his own health care plan, trump settle for rebranding rather than appealing obamacare. What do you make how do you assess, you gave him part of the advice for part of the plan . The fundamental problem in health care is that we have noncompetitive markets and when you see noncompetitive markets with price gouging and predatory billing and surprise billing, the temptation from a policy standpoint is to create rules within the marketplace, but the massive transformation that has been necessary and the reason that President Trumps move has been hailed is that it transforms noncompetitive markets to competitive markets, requiring hospitals to have prices for common shop bubble services to disclose the secret discounts between Insurance Companies and hospitals. Some of fixing health care is actually were markedly simple. Its getting rid of kickbacks to middlemen and its getting rid of secret pricing. That will transform the marketplaces and that is what people are saying now is a massive milestone, because no one has been willing to tackle Insurance Companies, the pharmacy benefit manager middlemen who get the kickbacks called rebates and no one has been willing to tackle the American Hospital association on a lack of transparent pricing in america or big pharma with this new International Pricing indexed to anchor prices until now, and thats what many people are saying this is a massive milestone, bigger than anything weve seen in the last 50 years. Shannon okay, can i ask you both quickly, because weve got to go, if the fda once it does approve one or more of these vaccines, would you feel comfortable recommending them to your patients . Dr. Siegel . Yes, absolutely. I would start with patients at high risk and i would start with Health Care Workers that are on the front lines taking care of covid patients. The key here is witchery more afraid of, the virus of the vaccine . Thats an easy one in this case. Something like that might turn out the pfizer vaccines, those tents to have flulike side effects, thats what we are seeing and you might feel bad for a day or two but then you get better. The virus you feel bad for a lot more than a day if you get a severe case. Spent okay, doctor, we got to go, yes or no with fda approval, would you be comfortable . Absolutely. Fox news media analyst and fox host of Fox News Media buzz howie kurtz. Hit the streets of louisville which turned violent when no charges were brought in the Fatal Shooting of Breonna Taylor. The media outrage spread after Kentucky Attorney general cameron said the officers acted in selfdefense when taylors boyfriend opened fire as he acknowledged the tragedy. I understand that as a black man. If we simply act on emotion or outrage, there is no justice. The facts of the case, such as a neighbors testimony that it wasnt a no knock raid were often overshadowed in the denunciations by liberal commentators. This was a black lives dont matter ruling, because they said that her life was irrelevant. I would say three to for Justice Systems, one system for Police Officers, one for americans of color and one for white americans. This usually aggressive gears of prosecution, our system in america that is famously tough suddenly shifts into reverse if the potential crime is the alleged Police Killing of black and brown people in america. Some pundits openly attack fanning the fire to white nationalists are everywhere. You can do this whenever you want and we wont gaol you, we wont hold you accountable. Shoot all the black people you want. Jaelyn rose said this during the nba playoffs. It would also be a great day to arrest the cop that murdered Breonna Taylor. Even analysts noted the grand jury had charged one officer with recklessly endangering the neighbors by firing bullets that penetrated their apartment. Questioning why that also didnt apply to the shooting of yarn armed taylor. The killing of Breonna Taylor last march which drew Little National attention until the george floyd protest, has become a searing symbol of racial injustice. But even the most critical commentary needs to acknowledge the facts of the case. Shannon. Shannon how we, thanks.
