Pennsylvania at the highest court in the land. And thats not all. This is truly significant. 17 other states including missouri, alabama, arkansas, florida, indiana, kansas, louisiana, many others filing a brief with the u. S. Supreme court. And by the way, many are expected to join the case in support of what would then become a Landmark Supreme Court case. Lets be clear, no states attorney general, youve got to understand politics here, whatever put their name or reputation on the line over a case that lacks merit on the law or without a strong constitutional basis. Definitely not 17 attorneys general. That is what happened. 18 total when you include texas. No matter what political alliances they have or dont have. Now, we will have an important analysis. Lara trump, also a hand of the investigation tonight into congressman, Eric Swalwells former relationship with what appears to be, yep, a chinese spy on the Intelligence Committee. And straight ahead, a full report on new legal troubles for zero experience hunter biden who Just Announced he is under federal investigation surrounding taxes. Tonight, we will report details that nobody else has. Now, first we begin and turn our attention to the United StatesSupreme Court, where the state of texas is leading the fight to restore election integrity. By the way, we see most americans now, some cases polls as high as 80 say they see fraud in this recent election. As we laid out the detail last night, this case now hinges on two series well have been documented arguments. One come about the suit details how article two of the u. S. Constitution was violated. Article two requires state legislature to decide election policy. This was violated. Including in pennsylvania when the maleinvalid deadline was pushed back without any lawmaker, any legislative approval, and only a state legislature has the constitutional right to do that. The state of georgia with a horrendous Consent Decree entered into after a Democratic Party lawsuit earlier this year which are just of state. Well, secretary of state had no right to do that because that secretary of state was also acting without legislator approval flagrantly unconstitutional. The second argument surrounds, well, the unequal application of the law and when poll workers in partisan observers encounter different roles in different counties, equal protection laws, yeah, it has obviously been violated as chris kovach accurately pointed out, if texas prevails, there are multiple av. For example, state legislatures in georgia, wisconsin, michigan, and pennsylvania, they could exclude ballots in violation of state law. They could divide their Electoral College votes between the two candidates. There are numerous constitutional remedies for the Supreme Court. But the suit makes one thing perfectly clear. Illegal votes cant be counted. And now we have 17 other states attorney generals joining. This is big news tonight. This is a serious legal challenge and one by the way that is going to be on the u. S. Supreme court to provide clarity, and election process that now millions recognize they can no longer have trust and confidence in. 20 of republicans have confidence in election results. 62 , they dont even want the president to concede election after this mess. A huge majority of republicans, well, they now see that the election was fraudulent and corrupt. So tonight, one thing is very clear. If we dont fix what is a broken corrupt election system, the country is in deep trouble. In a new letter to president trump, House Republicans are calling for a special counsel for a full investigation into all these election irregularities, which we have on this program documenting independently, as we always do, night after night, after night, including the partisan observers being blocked from the counting process or chain of custody issues with ballots or ballots mysteriously going missing and mysteriously reappearing weeks later. Or varying signature verification standards. And even dead people voting. And this comes as we are also learning tonight about a new complaint filed in georgia by state republican chairman, david shafer and President Donald Trump alleging that tens of thousands of votes cast in georgia were actually fraudulent. They identified what they believe are too thousand felons, 60,000 underage voters. Great that that can happen. 2500 people who were not on the states voter rolls. A whopping 40,000 who had moved counties without reregistering. And during the wide state irregularities in every battleground state, its no wonder that americans have lost faith in this entire process. While, will that faith ever be restored . Will the Supreme Court at least here arguments with the suit from the state of texas . Will the attorney general appoint a special counsel to investigate this years election irregularities . Will this change anything . Now, obviously the clock is ticking. Unfortunately tonight we still have more questions than we do answers. Joining us now with more from the Trump Campaign is lara trump. You know, one of the things is, and i dont question anybodys intentions here, lara, at all and i think a lot of people were probably caught off guard and you have people with the best of intentions working in every direction while simultaneously getting all of the eye witnesses, signing affidavits. That takes a lot of time and then we can eventually hear from them, which we did for two weeks. Now weve got 17 attorney generals. This is impressive. Speak a while, its impressive and its fantastic to see. Its actually a beautifullywritten argument there by the state of texas. And now we have 17 states come as you said that joined. What this lawsuit is saying is that the reality is election laws in the states of georgia come pennsylvania, and michigan, were violated. They did not follow their state election laws and because of that, it disenfranchises every single American Voter added is a really incredible thing to see, because you are right, sean, we need to know that our elections are free and fair and that every legitimate vote is counted. Whenever you had a situation like we saw in this election where they tried 90 days before this president ial election to change the way we vote in the United States of america, they did not they just changed via the secretary of state or other people on the election board. They changed the laws and they are not allowed to do that. It is unconstitutional. We are really excited about this. Its a big step forward and we are really excited to see the results of this. Sean at the clock is what it is. You know, its amazing the power of the u. S. Supreme court when you have a disagreement between the legislative branch and executive branch, it is the Judicial Branch that resolves it and has enormous power. But even that court is hinged on politics. I think john roberts and the Obamacare Ruling is a perfect case in point. But then i look at people like samuel alito and Clarence Thomas and amy coney barrett. I dont have a good read yet on judge kavanaugh. I dont have a good read on the constitution. It highlights the importance off those three seats that were filled by the president. Thats right. No, this is very important. If you ever wonder why it is so important to make sure that you have a great Supreme Court justices on the bench, this is the example. It is right here right now. And look, the president i think put in really great people. We will see what happens with this but the reality is that the constitution is at stake right now and if the selection is allowed to go forward and if fraudulent votes are allowed to be counted at people do not have faith in the system, america is all but gone. And so we want to uphold and protect the United States constitution. Lets hope that the Supreme Court feels the same way. Sean you know, with all the irregularities and then you look at these polls and you see, upwards of 80 plus percent of republicans dont have faith in the outcome. How do we have elections and able to highlight and chronicle all of the things that we, and like the russia thing. Peeling every layer of the onion every day. And more and more as we discover, people have no faith. They have no confidence in the results. Welcome a 30 of democrats dont believe that joe biden won this election. They dont even believe the results of the selection. Sean good points. Speak of the democrats have been trying to do this for a long time, sean. Nancy pelosi, her bill as speaker of the house tried to evoke election i. D. Laws. She tried to slip into universal vote by mail. They have been trying to change the system and really have unfortunately done a masterful job of it and here we are now. We still do not have the legitimate results of this election. But thats why the Supreme Court case is so, so important. I hope we get a good outcome and i hope that our constitution is upheld. Sean i have known you and eric a long time. Did eric happen to see a poll out of North Carolina today . I am just curious. [laughs] sean i happen to know that the u. S. Senate seat is open and two years and you are at the top. I am so flattered. I am so humbled. My husband did see and i think he tweeted it. So i appreciate that from him. I was honored to represent that. We will see. Sean very happy to know that we didnt have to learn watching the show. But you are from North Carolina and may be open to it . Listen, im open to anything but we are fighting for this election right now. This battle is still ongoing. This is far from over. Well see what happens with that senate seat. But that was a pretty incredible poll. It was incredible to see that. Sean joining us, chief of staff. Now you know, you told me about this timeline that existed. You also explained in great detail. I want you to go back in the beginning here. Because you were right in the beginning and i would have liked to come i would like to still see it. The way it was characterized by the media, in terms of the pennsylvania case, which they will go back. The pennsylvania and your state of wisconsin. I look at the law. There is no mail and balloting, very limited mail and battling. Explain what happened there. Well, thanks, sean. What lara said about the texas case is true because the state of wisconsin, the clerks didnt follow the law. Wisconsin is a little different because its not about whether someone called and 50,000 ballots in a uhaul trailer. What wisconsin is about is whether the clerks and the people responsible for conducting the election conducted it in any legal matter. I have been fighting the situation here in wisconsin for 20 years. But it culminated this time with three things. I will give you three examples. Number one, they decided that they were going to have in person absentee ballot voting to create a system in wisconsin which doesnt exist, which is early vote except in wisconsin law. It is very clear and unequivocal that absentee ballots are not a right. Its a privilege. That means you have to follow the rules and they didnt follow the rules. They didnt have absentee ballot applications. Number two, they created this entire system of people showing up, voting early, but not following absentee ballot rules. Thats number one. Number two, the clerks decided instructed by the Election Commission to fill out parts of the absentee ballot envelopes for the particular voters. What the state law says is unequivocal. It says that that valid, if that happens, should not be counted. Number three, the clerks set up an in person Ballot System in dane county where they went to parks. They set up picnic tables everywhere and a dane county clerk decided that if you wanted to declare yourself indefinitely confined, which is usually for unfortunate elderly people in this country that cant get out of nursing homes. You can declare yourself indefinitely confined contrary to the state law without a photo i. D. And show up and vote. And so this is about, and by the way, these are things that have been getting worse, and worse, and worse over time in wisconsin. The Milwaukee PoliceDepartment Many years ago issued a report, and you can find it in 70 some pages long. It talks about all of these kinds of problems, not the specific ones because these are a lot worse. But the kind of things that people not enforcing the law, felons voting, felons being hired to be election inspectors. He goes on and on. The point is, sean, it is true that in the case of wisconsin, this is about the state itself and its people enforced with conducting the election not following the law. In the democrats dont have a response. Sean the amazing thing also is the wisconsin Supreme Court, you explain on the show, has previously weighed in on what would be the president s arguments, correct . Well, its funny because in the footnote, the Commission Issues some guidance to ask clerics about how to conduct the elections. In the guidance, it says do, b come and see. And then there is a footnote. It says contrary to what we are saying, by the way, see this case over here. This case over here is a case that shows that when a clerk issued absentee ballots without an absentee ballot request form, those ballots were pulled randomly out of the box. It overturned an election in that case and the result was the other person running for Office Actually won. Its the exact same pattern that the Trump Campaign is arguing. The only difference is that instead of it being like ten or 12 ballots, its 100,000 ballots. Thats the issue for the court. The democrats arent arguing substantially on the legal part of this case. They are arguing, well, you should have brought the case sooner. Sean thats meaningless. Thats not a strong argument on the merits of this case. Sean and the Supreme Court, when they did say youve got to have a lower court first, clear three of the seven. We are not doing this because we are saying this lacks merit. Dont think that. Thats interesting. All right, thank you. The chief judge. Sean go ahead. The chief what . Okay, the chief judge set exactly when the court decided to send it to the Circuit Court first, the intention was that it would go back to the Supreme Court by this weekend but the chief justice said that people were misinterpreting this decision as to say that this case doesnt have merit and her exact words about the Trump Campaign case is that nothing could be further from the truth. Sean powerful statement. Thank you. Joining us now with more. All right, 17 attorneys. Im talking to people in some states. These attorneys, generals and some of them want to join texas in the actual case. Note, there is no attorney general that is going to sign onto a case that is lacking in law or constitutionality. Not going to happen. Yeah, knocking to happen, sean. And they signed on because they see how strong this case is. This case, for those who read it, it goes statebystate. It shows how what happened is unconstitutional by democratic secretary of state. It could have been outcome determinative and it gets into specifics, sean. It gets into statebystate where it shows that in pennsylvania there were 118,000 ballots according to 15 state legislators that had questionable postmark dates. It goes into the fact that you have 160,000 more people saying i am indefinitely confined for fear of covid. Georgia had the same rejection rates for ballots this time around that you would have 25,000 more ballots thrown out. It statebystate here one more to share with you, sean. In michigan, right here they found that they could not be matched with a voter who was registered in the state. There was no Registration Number with the ballot. This is significant, which is why you have 18 states signing onto this by the state of texas. Sean you gave out a statistic yesterday on the quadrillions statistic in terms of the stats you gave out. I listened to that and i was blown away. I watched the mob and the media, they actually attach your real affidavits and the real people showed up and they said oh, she was telling the truth. Oh, they forgot that part. But explain how you got the number. Yeah, im glad you asked that because you have fake new cnn showing that the numbers were blank when all you have to do was go look at a public court filing to read them yourself. But of course, they couldnt do that. Thats the job of a reporter. They are having to do go the stat i gave last night which is eyeopening and truthful. In these four states, michigan pennsylvania, wisconsin, georg georgia. The probability of that in one state is one and one quadrille hquadrillionquadrillion. Because fake new cnn and others cant wake up and find enough energy to go read a public court filing, i did it for them. Can find these sworn declarations by charles kashani, who by the way, phd from rutgers, tenured professor, expert testimony and hundreds of court cases. Go through meticulously how he used disease scores and standard deviation from a medium to come up with this number. So, its enough for a reporter to go find this. Its the duty on the job that each of these reporters have, to not look into this, to not look into what is available for all to read and see. Sean just to emphasize what you found in detroit, they list 174,384 absentee ballots out of 566,100,000 absentee ballots. 30 of those counted without a Registration Number four precincts in the city of detroit. I hope america is watching. These are real numbers here. Thank you. When we come back, hunter biden confirming today he is under a federal investigation for his tax affairs and sources are telling fox news that it has to do with links to china. Information you wont get from the media. R
