Both new jersey and delaware will try to balance assess ability with security, and one of the ways to protect voters and volunteers is to reduce the number of polling locations. The problem is, voters get confused about where to go and instead of voting by mail as they hoped, the lines get long longer. Opponents say mailing voting leads to potential fraud mike fraud, undue influence on seniors and ballot harvesting. But supporters argue vote by mail means more support and fraud is overstated. If you are mailing out an absentee ballot to every single voter in the state, that means ballots will be arriving at peoples homes for people who dont live there anymore, for people who have died. The Oxford University vaccine that worked in primates looks promising and human. Those three vaccines are at the heads of the list. Heres the problem. We are talking about 30,000 volunteers per vaccine now and those trials are just starting. They will gone go on over the summer. Until we see results in those 30,000 people in each case, in its vaccine, we dont know if we will be able to see enough immunity generated so these will be effective vaccines. On top of that we are using brandnew technology in all three cases that i just mentioned, two of them are leaders, theyve never been tried before. The third one out of oxford is using a different way of approaching it that it has been done. China has a vaccine by the way that is being tried in brazil right now on 9,000 Health Care Worker volunteers. We have to keep our eye on that one because thats using older technology. The direct answers to the questions are we are hopeful that we might have a vaccine or two by early next year. You know Charlie Daniels is a giant of a man in america, not only for his music but anyone who knew him outside of that knew that he was a fierce patriot and he loved our veterans, our activeduty, our First Responders in our police. He toured all over the planet decade after decade entertaining our men and women in service. It was a family guy and he had quite an incredible life. That interview i got to do with it, i started at the very beginning from the day he was born in williamston, north carolina, and, it was three weeks ago. It was such a sad day in nashville but heaven is rocking right now because Charlie Daniels has a real fiddle made out of gold. We are happy hes home. Dana i know you had that interview, and the special is not ready yet. After we have a clip of that that we could show to people n now . Lets go ahead and play that. If you do something you dont like, if youre doing of some kind of work you dont like, stop doing it. Dana its interesting because this was three weeks ago. He seemed perfectly healthy and full of life and he said, you never know when something is going to happen. What did he talk about when you ask him about the pursuit of happiness, since that subtheme of your show . He said that was really his driving factor in his life, things that made him happy. Playing music, raising a family, entertaining people around the world, thats what really made him happy. He was still booking over 100 concerts per year. This year before the virus hits he had over 100 concerts on his calendar at 83 years old. Thats what the man love to do. He followed that pursuit, and he was also very well aware and very respectful of men and women who have made that right to pursue happiness be a real thing in this country, the american dream.
