It looks really well organized. Its not weakening at all. You see this rotation. Thats the center of the storm. Weve got rained moving in across parts of north carolina. Fortunately, its just off the coast of georgia and florida. But it is going to be moving much closer. Look at our tropical models. They are all in really good agreement here. Everybody, in agreement here, that without this running right along the coast, probably just to the northeast of the charleston area and then all the way through north carolina. The center of the storm should be right onshore or right off shore for about 24 hours. Heres a look at what happens overnight tonight. By the morning tomorrow, weve got a storm right off of charleston, probably a hurricane storm. Maybe up to about 7 feet of rain. We start to see the rain spread even to the inland areas, causing some localized flooding. The entire area of north carolina. I think thats a pretty good bet, because our models are in such good agreement. We are not done yet. We will be by friday afternoon.
