With at least 20 onboard, the shuttle was supposed to head to a halloween event onboard a cruise ship docked in long beach, california. But instead, went in the wrong direction, alarming some passengers because what should have been a short, twomile ride from a pickup parking lot to the floating Haunted House turned into a terrifying 30minute ride.
