On more than everyday users. The defendants targeted yahoo accounts of ruran and u. S. Russian and u. S. Government security including cyber and diplomatics and other providers whose networks they sought to exploit and employees of financial services. That is the second largest in history affecting 500 million accounts. And just minutes ago the fbi office in San Francisco addressed the charges, agencies here in the bay area were heavily involved in the investigation and the three other suspects are beyond the reach of the u. S. Officials but only for now. Right now there is no extradition capabilities with the government of russia. However these guys will travel one day, somewhere and there are a lot of International Countries that do have extradition treaties with the United States and well take advantage of that. These people are facing multiple charges. One of the suspects, if and when he is arrested, faces more than 100 years in prison. One man is still on the loose after an officerinvolved shooting near the csu east bay campus. One woman died in the shooting and two detectives were hurt when their car was rammed on carlos b. Police are not saying if she was the driver or wanted by the task force but the two detectives were released from hospital and the investigation is now being done by the Hayward Police department and the Alameda CountyDistrict Attorneys Office and they are the ones determining whether the shooting was justified. Contra costa fire tells us witnesses reported explosions and you probably just heard that one during the Early Morning fire. Smoke could be seen from 680 and highway 4. This morning an east bay school is trying to scrub away a virus that is getting so many students ill. Amy hollyfield is live at dublin elementary. Reporter i just got these numbers in. Seconds ago. They have 46 kids absent today. That is about the same that they had yesterday. So maybe the situation isnt getting worse, maybe it is not quite improving yet. Still unclear. But the parents who did bring their kids to school today tell us they are concerned, but they are pleased with thousand the school is handling the situation. This is what you do when 35 kids all stay home from school with symptoms of noro virus, you start scrubbing. We taking every precaution out of an abundance of caution, we have doubled our custodian staff and doubled over the weekend to clean the campus and the department of health was here to guide us. Reporter there is one confirmed case at Dublin Elementary School and dozens of others that are sick that havent officially been tested. This all started on friday. Have you ever been sick at school . Yes. And that gets taken care of quickly. And parents kicked into cleaning overdrive. Im here for my kids and i dont want this to get to us as an adult but im having them wash the hands and not share food and things like that. Reporter the school has sent emails to parents every day since and reminding them to keep sick kids at home. Parents say they appreciate being armed with the information. I think they are doing a good job of containing it. And the teachers have been really good about enforcing hand washing and all of that kind of stuff. Everyone is doing the best they can. Reporter one thing they are stressing, if your child is sick, dont send them back to the school until they are symptomfree for 48 hours and hoping to eradicate this in the next few days but they do have spring break the first week of april so that will wipe the slate clean for a whole week. The plan is to tranquilize and rescue him and take him back to the Animal Hospital in marin to see if he is okay and needs medical attention. Im obsessed with him. I hope hes all right. Hes spent the last year during the campaign refusing to release them. Well im not releasing the tax returns because their under audit. Now there is an irs requirement that all president s and Vice President s since the 1970s get audited every year. It shows an in come of 153 million and he paid 38 million in taxes and the rax rate of 25 and he declared 103 million in losses. And david k. Everybody is on the minimum tax and if that tax cant existed he would have paid a tax rate on the 3 million lower than the average paid by the poorest half of americans.
