Reporter officers arrived not knowing what they were facing. They evacuated several units around the town home where the shots appeared to be fired in. Police made contact with the two men inside. He would come out and he was fine. Reporter no one was hurt in the shootings. Officers detained two men and ended up arresting one. No word on the charges. Abc 7 news was at the extended stay america on san agnacio avenue in san jose this morning when firefighters discovered the source of the hazmat saying someone used pepper spray in the front lobby. One person was treated at the scene and 29 people on the first floor were evacuated. Firefighters say the hotel needs to clean it up before anyone can be allowed back in the building. Developing news in the east bay, authorities are trying to piece together how a man died at Anthony Chabot Regional Park. New video from ski 7 shows the dense area investigators are combing through. People immediately start to worry, but police are telling us they do not suspect foul play, and they do not think there is a threat in the area, and the park is open. Emergency crews searched for three and a half hours before finding the body. It was in a remote area of the Anthony Chabot Regional Park near the Redwood Canyon golf course in canyon valley. A hiker discovered the body of the man at 6 30 last night and authorities got to the body near 10 00 and had it removed by 3 00 a. M. , so it was a long process for them. The body is now at the coroners office, and until they identify him, police say they dont want to release any more information about the possible cause of death or any information about the man. It was a very emotional statement outside of Londons High Court this morning. Charlie gard said too much time has elapsed in court hearings. Charlies parents had fought to have permission to send their son here to the United States for experimental medical treatment, but the hospital there argued charlie should be allowed to die with dignity. The 11monthold is suffering from a rare mitochondrial disease, and theres no cure. We have new details this morning on that big wildfire burning outside Yosemite National park. New numbers released today from cal fire showed the detweiler fire is now 50 contained. Thats up from 45 yesterday. More than 76,000 acres have burned. Some evacuation orders were lifted yesterday in mariposa. The fire has destroyed more than 100 buildings. Of those, at least 60 are homes. A grass fire that burned near a college in gilroy is 50 contained this morning. The fire raced across 150 rakers in three and a half hours after it broke out yesterday afternoon, but quick action by fire crews stopped the flames from spreading.
