One eastbound lane of Pleasant Hill road is closed. Westbound traffic cant turn into this shopping center. Police say the phone and cable lines were installed too low, so when a delivery truck pulled in this morning around 7 30 it hit the lines and brought them down again. This road closure happened so close to the other one, some drivers figured it was the same issue, not knowing that they had made the repairs from yesterdays crash. Drivers tell us they were bummed to have to deal with detours here again today. This is a man through for a lot of people going around the hill instead of the freeway so it makes a big difference backing up traffic, yes. So if its a close and session, it would be worse. School hasnt started yet which makes a difference for a lot parents. A look at the scene from yesterdays crash when a car ran into a power pole.
