Good evening, in tonights headlines a san jose man is recovering tonight after thieves kept him tied up for 16 hours. They bound him midnight and he was not found until 4 15 this afternoon. A heyward man is in custody after police say he killed his mother. They were called to the home late this evening and found her stabbed to death.
