So they do plan to repave it but they cant do it right now this this weather so now all they can do is patch it. This is the main thoroughfare for Central Valley and east Alameda County to get into oakland and San Francisco, so it is heavily traveled and today, its going to have a massive backup. The chp saying that caltrans is now estimating that theyre not going to get these lanes reopened until 3 00 this afternoon. So, the morning commute is going to be dreadful. The victim is said to be in critical condition. In novato, police are searching for the boyfriend of a woman who was found shot to death. Police found her body inside a home on San Marcos Court last night. Officers were called there on a report of a stolen car and when they got there, neighbors told them about a fight inside the house and that is how they found the victim.
