Sheriffs deputy here protecting the scene until investigators get back out here at first light to finish processing their crime scene. Officers now in their 15th hour on this investigation. According to the east bay times, they were called out here because of a fight in the street. And they followed a trail of blood to a home where they found a 41yearold man dead inside. They are classifying this as a homicide and are actively looking for the killer. They havent said how the man was killed. Vallejos police chief is ordering a complete investigation into this officer seen in this disturbing video punching and hitting a man with a flashlight. According to police, officers were called to the gas station on friday because 23yearold dejuan hall was scaring employees. The owner of the station told us hall was trying to buy a bus tukt to sacramento and when his credit card got declined he got angry. The station owner says the man began pointing his fingers at employees like he had a gun and began shouting, im god. The Police Department has not told us if that officer will replain on duty while that investigation continues. Haepg today, the contra costa board of supervisors will vote whether to spend thousands of dollars to buy tasers for the Sheriffs Office. The purchase order for those tasers . 800,000. The Sheriffs Office says tasers have been proven highly effective in subduing combative suspects. If this is approved, the money will also help cover Officers Training costs. The board is expected to vote at 9 00 this morning. Stake take a look at this cell phone video of dirt bikers riding around this apartment complex in San Francisco. Frustrated neighbors say the bikers are endangering safety and creating too much noise. This is a story we first learned about from hoodline. This is happening in the lower haight. Heres abc7 news reporteder medically wood. Reporter the Instagram Account shows bikers using the staircase. Its a concern. I mean, weve started seeing them probably in the last six months or so. Reporter lower haight residents shared concerns at this meeting. Weve been aware of the problem for a very long time. Reporter lieutenant Michael Nelson with sfpds northern station attended the meeting to answer residents questions. I empathize with the public, i really do. Reporter Law Enforcement is attempting to catch these dirt bike herbs at their start or end point. Chasing them through San Francisco is not an option. Our policies are very restrictive and its for a good reason. I do have confidence that the police can deal with it by moving slowly and trying to identify people. Reporter though it may be difficult to identify individual dirt bikers in this video, police say pictures and videos are helpful. The Law Enforcement advises residents to keep their distance and instead zoom in. If theres an immediate danger, call 911. Please do not, do not approach these guys. The program aimed at increasing awareness of fire risks and identifying hazards. 69,000 homes are at greater risk of being burned in wild fires because of their proximity wild vegetation.
