The president tweeted his first comments in response to a report he divulged classified information in a meeting with top russian officials last week. Mr. Trump said he discussed terrorism and Airline Flight safety but didnt mention whether the information was classified. Democrats and republicans are calling for an investigation. Many fear the meeting may have put Confidential Sources at risk as well as relationships with u. S. Allies. Those within the Intelligence Community say this is caused for concern. When information like this is provided by a Foreign Government its only shared on a limited basis with people in the u. S. Government and its certainly not shared broadly with people outside the u. S. Government so this is a major major problem. Legal experts say president s have brought authority to disclose classified information making them virtually immune from prosecution. Every other Government Employee with a clearance could be criminally charged. Happening today, the families of 10 people who died in oaklands ghost ship fire are filing a lawsuit against the buildings owner and manager. 36 people died in the fire, several families have already filed individual lawsuits claiming the building was a fire trap and that the owner and leaseholder ignored safety hazards. The dilapidated building had been converted illegally into a living area. Records show firefighters were called to inspect the property but citations were never issued. A Mountain View Cyber Security firm says there are clues pointing to north korea as the culprit in the massive ransomware attacks. The family of a man who died after being tased by Rohnert Park Police is demanding answers. The man is identified as 41yearold branch roth. Police say he was drunk when he was confronted by two officers outside of a motel friday night. The officers used a taser to subdue him and he died moments later. The family is questioning whether officers were properly trained and if they followed federal guidelines warning them that tasing a drunk person could cause death. Often times we see these death cases as a result of untrained officers using a a taser against a person where policy suggests they should not. Roth is the older brother of isa roth being seen tased 20 times by Sonoma County jail deputies. The county paid more than a Million Dollars for that incident. A convicted felon on probation was busted again in the north bay after police found several illegal or stolen items inside a home. Several Sonoma County Police Departments teamed up to conduct a compliance check on a home in mark meadow drive in santa rosa and when they got there they say they saw someone throwing a gun outside of a window. They found six firearms, illegal drugs, 25,000 in cash and two stolen motorcycles. Police arrested 25yearold omar cabrera and now he faces multiple charges. A move that may make commuters on the peninsula happy. Crews will break ground on a new project whose aim is to ease congestion on a stretch of willow. The interchange on highway 101 will include eight lanes, a dedicated bike lane on the overpass, too. Work is expected to take at least two years.
