Charles died suddenly and karen found herself facing foreclosure. When i got the notice, i didnt know what to do. I felt sick to my stomach after awhile. The feeling didnt go away for quite a long time. New regulations to protect spouseson not on the loans came just in time to allow karen to keep the house. Finally, is this a home you can stay in as you age . Does it have a lot of stairs, is there a big property to maintain . Are you close to good doctors and hospitals . Probably most important, are you near family members who can look out for you if you need 4e8 help in your older years.
