Police say those two had gotten into an argument with a man who pulled out a gun and then opened fire into the crowd. The university of californias Largest Union has called for a strike for alleging unfair working conditions. The union represents 22,000 employees who provide Staff Support and medical services at uc hospitals. Contract talks have been dead locked now for more than a year. The union says it wants better retirement entitlements and health care coverage. Eight other unions have already agreed to wage and pension reforms.
