According to the chp, a driver in a rav4 made an unsafe move in front of the escort, two buses avoided a collision but three rear buses struck each other, one was disabled and one motorcycle officer was hit by a bus. That officer sustained either minor or no injuries but transported to the hospital for precautionary purposes. All of the people on the team buses were able to board the other three buses, which were not disabled and left the scene. Here is a proposal raising eyebrows, free condoms for sixth graders. The School District might be the first in the country to give them to middle schoolers. If it proposal moves forward, students as young as 11 or 12 years old can ask for condoms. District trustees are just now getting the proposal. They came up with an idea after the High School Level idea reduced Sexual Activity and cut the rate of pregnancy and disease. About 26 of our High School Students state they are sexually active and National Average is at about 47 . I think its a really wonderful idea. I know when my son was that age, i went out and just bought him condoms. A key part of the proposal is the education behind it. Students would be counseled by professionals on campus before getting the condoms. No more pets for now is the policy at some animal shelters.
